Order Information: Details about the lawn sign products or services requested, including design preferences, delivery address, and event or occasion details.
Technical Data: When you communicate with us through online channels, we may collect technical information such as IP addresses, device type, and browser type.
Payment Data: Payment card information is processed exclusively through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. LawnSigns MT does not directly store, access, or transmit full payment card numbers at any point.
Communications: Records of emails, phone calls, text messages, or other correspondence exchanged in connection with order management, delivery, or support.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
To process, fulfill, and deliver lawn sign orders.

LawnSigns MT does not store, transmit, or have direct access to your full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive financial data. That information is handled entirely by Stripe's secure systems.

5. Scheduling and Data Collection — Acuity Scheduling
LawnSigns MT uses Acuity Scheduling as its primary platform for collecting customer information and managing appointments. When you book a service, submit an inquiry, or interact with our scheduling system, Acuity Scheduling collects and stores personal information on our behalf, including your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Acuity Scheduling is a third-party platform operated by Squarespace, Inc. and is subject to its own privacy practices. LawnSigns MT accesses the information you provide through Acuity solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, contacting you about your service, and managing our business operations.

6. Communication Practices
LawnSigns MT may contact customers via phone (406-409-3160), email, or SMS text message for order-related purposes including order confirmations, delivery updates, scheduling, and customer support.
By providing your phone number through our booking or inquiry forms, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS text messages from LawnSigns MT to provide updates on your order and/or for marketing purposes. Message frequency depends on your activity and order status.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Acuity Scheduling: For the purpose of collecting customer booking information, managing appointments, and storing contact details on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
